About us

The idea for Min Eventyr Bog came about when I became a father to my son, Marius. As a new parent, it quickly struck me: why aren't there children's books where your own child is actually the main character? Not just a name inserted into a standard story, but a real adventure where the child is the hero, and the story is created specifically for them.

The idea first emerged back in 2024, but was never brought to life at the time. AI technology simply wasn't mature enough. In particular, keeping the character consistent throughout the entire book was a major challenge – the child had to look the same in every illustration. The quality wasn't good enough, so we chose to shelve the idea.

But we didn't give up. We closely followed developments in AI and image generation, and when the technology reached a level where the quality was high enough, we picked the idea back up. Today we can create illustrations where your child's character is consistent and recognisable on every single page of the book.

Our mission is simple: to give every child the chance to be the hero of their own adventure. We believe that personalised stories strengthen the bond between child and parent, can be educational along the way, and that there is something truly special about seeing your own child take the lead role in a beautifully illustrated adventure.
